Welcome to Your Allied Health Training. By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing any course, resource, webinar, or educational material provided by Your Allied Health Services Training ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or participating in any Your Allied Health course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Course Information
Your Allied Health Services provides educational and professional development courses relating to speech, swallowing, communication, disability, health, education, and related topics.
All course content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute individual clinical, medical, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice.
3. Registration and Payment
Full payment is required prior to accessing course materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change course fees at any time without prior notice.
4. No Refund Policy
All course purchases are strictly non-refundable.
As Your Allied Health Services Training provides immediate access to digital educational content, resources, downloadable materials, and online learning, refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be provided for:
Change of mind.
Incorrect course selection.
Failure to complete the course.
Lack of time to undertake the course.
Technical issues relating to personal devices, internet connectivity, or software.
Dissatisfaction where course content has been clearly described prior to purchase.
Please carefully review all course information before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Access to Courses
Course access periods will be specified at the time of purchase.
Access is granted to the registered participant only.
Login details must not be shared with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorised sharing is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to:
Videos
Handouts
Worksheets
Slides
Graphics
Assessments
Downloads
Written materials
remain the intellectual property of Your Allied Health Services Training and/or the course presenter.
Course materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, published, uploaded, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
7. Recording and Distribution
Participants are not permitted to:
Record course videos, webinars, or presentations.
Screenshot, reproduce, or distribute course materials.
Upload course content to websites, social media platforms, or third-party systems.
Unauthorised distribution may result in termination of access and legal action.
8. Professional Responsibility
Participants remain responsible for exercising their own professional judgement and must seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals where required.
Completion of a course does not replace formal professional qualifications, registration requirements, supervision, or clinical decision-making responsibilities.
9. General Educational Information
The information provided within Your Allied Health Services Training courses is general in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, communication, swallowing, or health condition.
Participants should always seek individual assessment and advice from appropriately qualified health professionals regarding specific concerns.
10. Course Modifications
Your Allied Health Services Training reserves the right to:

Remove or replace resources where necessary.
11. Limitation of Liability
